Accommodation

Brussels offers a large choice of hotels and hostels, covering a broad range of budgets. We warmly recommend you to reserve (e.g. via booking.com or hostelworld also for the above mentioned hostels) as soon as possible your accommodation in town to ensure the best rates.

 

A number of double and single rooms at convenient rates has been pre-reserved.

U-RESIDENCE (prereservation valid till 30/04)  Too late! offer no longer available A modern and cosy hotel, with no reception, all is automated. The residence is located in Ixelles, in front of tram stop “VUB”. The conference venue can be easily reached from these facilities via public transport (10 min) or on foot (20 min). Grand Place and the city center are less than 30 min away, by public transport.

To reserve a  room (single occupancy: 70€/night, 100€/night in case of two guests sharing). Follow the instruction for the “short stay option”. Please note that these rooms are highly demanded, and “First come, first served” policy applies.

SLEEPWELL Located 10 minutes walk from the city center and North Station and 100m from the Rogier Metro Station and City 2 shopping center, Sleep Well Youth Hostel is the ideal starting point to explore Brussels. All rooms are fully renovated  and equipped with bathroom and toilet. Dormitories from 1 to 6 beds (lockout between 11 and 15h), privatesuperior room 1 to 4 people (flat screen TV + fridge, no lockout) or family duplex. Complimentary breakfast buffet (7-10 am) and free wifi throughout the hotel. The building and rooms are totally suited for visitors with reduced mobility. There is a bar, a terrace, a ping pong and a foosball table, a guitar, a lot of board games, possibility to rent bikes, a Tourist Info Point, cultural events, a “tailored” welcome for all and special rates for groups.

This structure is only 12 minutes walk  from Grand Place, you can reach the conference site via public transport (30-40 min)
